• Usage Data: We track how many virtual try-ons you've generated to enforce fair usage limits (5 try-ons per day per IP address).
• Uploaded Photos: Photos you upload for virtual try-on are temporarily stored for processing and generating your personalized looks. These photos are automatically deleted after processing.

No Account Required: MyVibeLook does not require user accounts. You can use the service immediately without signing up, providing an email, or creating a password.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide personalized fashion recommendations and virtual try-on services
• Enforce fair usage limits (5 try-ons per day per IP address) to ensure all users have equal access
• Improve our AI models and service quality through aggregated usage analytics
• Prevent abuse and ensure service stability

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your IP address is used solely for rate limiting and is not shared with advertisers or other external parties.

Our service is provided free of charge and supported by ads. Rate limits exist to prevent abuse and ensure service availability for all users.

5. Cookies

We use cookies for:

• Advertising cookies: Google AdSense uses cookies to serve personalized ads based on your interests and browsing history.

• Generated Try-On Images: Temporarily stored and accessible via URL for 24 hours, then automatically deleted.

No Permanent Personal Data: Since we don't require accounts, we don't store emails, passwords, or persistent personal information.

7. Your Rights (GDPR Compliance)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the following rights under GDPR:

• Right to Access: You can request information about what data we've collected associated with your IP address.
• Right to Deletion: You can request deletion of your IP address and usage data from our rate limiting database.
• Right to Object: You can object to processing of your IP address for rate limiting purposes (note: this may result in service access being restricted).

Since MyVibeLook operates anonymously without accounts, we collect minimal personal data (only IP addresses for rate limiting). All uploaded photos and generated images are automatically deleted within 24 hours.

8. Third-Party Services

• Replicate/AI Services: For generating AI-powered fashion recommendations and virtual try-on images. Your photos are sent to these services for processing and are not retained by them.

MyVibeLook is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
